Primula auricula Marmion - maroon red with a creamy-white rimmed centre.  In the 1950's plants of this name were classed as grey edged due to some farina on the petals. Some of our plants under this name also have a little farina on the petals. A small plant which offsets readily. Raised by James Douglas Snr. in 1901.
